Florida Mediation & Arbitration™ was founded and is operated by Saul Cimbler, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil, Family and Appellate Mediator, and Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator, who is also certified as insurance & windstorm umpire by the Windstorm Insurance Network (Windstorm Network) and the Insurance Umpire & Appraisal Association (IAUA).  Saul Cimbler is a member of the Florida Association of Professional Mediators (FAPM); the Association of South Florida Mediators & Arbitrators (ASFMA), Association of Conciliatory and Family Court (AFCC) and other related Alternative Dispute Resolution groups. Born in Havana, Cuba, Saul Cimbler can complete any ADR assignment completely in Spanish if requested.  He is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Arts, in Economics and from the University of Miami where he received a Juris Doctorate Degree

With several experienced mediators on our panel, we have the ability to complete any ADR assignment in a professional, innovative and culturally-relevant manner.   We provide services Statewide, and have a full service facility at our Miami location which is just two blocks form the Courthouse.   With the approval of counsel for both parties, we usually can arrange the mediation at the office of any attorney or party to the proceedings.
